Please note: I do not record Zoom sessions. All coaching sessions are conducted live and are not stored in audio or video format.

When you pay for my coaching services, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe or PayPal). I do not directly collect, store, or process your payment card details. 4. How I Use Your Personal Data

I process your personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases under Article 6 of the GDPR:

•Responding to your enquiries and communicating with you about my services — Legal basis: Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or where necessary to take pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

•Providing life coaching services to you — Legal basis: Performance of a contract to which you are a party (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

•Keeping coaching session notes to deliver a consistent and effective coaching experience — Legal basis: Performance of a contract and my legitimate interests in delivering a high-quality service (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

•Processing payments for coaching services — Legal basis: Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

•Complying with any applicable legal obligations, including accounting and tax requirements — Legal basis: Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

5. Sensitive Personal Data

Life coaching conversations may sometimes involve sensitive topics, including information relating to your mental or physical health, relationships, or other personal circumstances. You share this information voluntarily in the context of our coaching relationship. Where such information qualifies as special category data under Article 9 of the GDPR, I process it only on the basis of your explicit consent and/or because the processing is necessary for the establishment or exercise of legal claims, or for reasons of substantial public interest.

I treat all information shared during coaching sessions with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

6. How Long I Keep Your Data

I retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes described in this policy, and in accordance with applicable Belgian and EU law:

•Contact and enquiry information: Retained for as long as is necessary to respond to your enquiry, and for up to 12 months thereafter in case of follow-up, unless you become a client.

•Coaching session notes: Retained for the duration of our coaching relationship and for a period of up to 3 years after our last session, to allow for continuity should you return, and to comply with any applicable professional obligations.

•Billing and payment records: Retained for 7 years in accordance with Belgian accounting and tax law (Wetboek van Economisch Recht / Code de droit économique).

When your data is no longer required, I will securely delete or anonymise it.

7. Who I Share Your Data With

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties. I may share your data in limited circumstances with the following categories of recipients:

•Payment processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal): To process payments for my services. These processors act as independent data controllers and are bound by their own privacy policies and GDPR obligations.

•Zoom Video Communications, Inc.: To deliver coaching sessions via video call. Zoom may process certain technical data (such as IP addresses and device information) in the course of facilitating the call. Zoom is certified under applicable international data transfer frameworks. Please refer to Zoom's Privacy Policy for further information.

•Professional advisors: Such as my accountant or legal advisor, where strictly necessary and subject to confidentiality obligations.

•Competent authorities: Where I am required to do so by law or a binding legal order.

Some of the third-party service providers I use (including Zoom and payment processors) may be based outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
