As a mother of two, ICF-certified coach and doula, with a background in psychology, I've been helping women navigate personal and professional transitions for over a decade. No two client journeys are the same; together we'll craft an approach that works for you and your needs, whether that's a single, focused coaching session or a longer period of support.
I work remotely with clients all over the world via Zoom. My clients tell me they appreciate my warmth, curiosity and presence, coupled with a good dose of South African directness and humour!

Coaching is a structured, creative process that helps you to foster self-awareness, unlock new thinking and make positive changes in the way you feel about and live your life. Unlike therapy, coaching is largely present and future focused. Together, we'll look at what it is that you really want (even if you've only got as far as knowing "it's not this"), what internal and external resources you have that can help you to get there and what might stand in your way, including yourself! Along the way, we might take a look at your values, belief systems and old narratives and patterns that may or may not be serving you. The end goal is always for you to experience positive transformation in whatever area of your life or career we cover in our sessions.
What can I expect in a coaching session?
— Each session is 60 minutes and will take place online over Zoom.
— We’ll work together on a defined goal for the session in a creative process that may include powerful questions, writing or art-based techniques, role play and movement. Every single coaching session is unique and tailored to who you are and how you best learn and reflect and you are always free to say “no thanks” if a particular question or technique doesn’t resonate with you.
— Homework or self-reflection exercises in between sessions is optional.
— I don’t record or share notes from your session with you and all sessions are confidential (with a few safe-guarding exceptions which I will explain).
— 4-6 sessions per topic is usually sufficient although 1 intensive and focused session can be very powerful too!
— Coaching always starts with a free, 15-30 minute Discovery Call where we’ll get to know each other a bit better, I can learn more about why you’re considering coaching, and you can decide whether I’m a good fit for you.

— You are considering a big change - for example changing careers, moving countries, having a baby.
— You have already been through a big change and it's left you feeling unsettled or unsure of what to do next.
— You feel like you no longer know who you are or what you want.
